Start with a useful vehicle list
Group your fleet by type: straight trucks, tractors, trailers and other vehicles to assess. Add unit numbers if they help with identification. This distinguishes your total fleet from the vehicles actually present for the visit.
Work around departures and returns
If your trucks return at different times, provide several availability groups. Specify departure times, docks to keep clear and who moves the vehicles. Arrangements are agreed with your on-site contact.
Choose a suitable frequency
The right frequency depends on routes, season, body condition and your presentation standards. An initial clean can be assessed separately from later visits. The schedule and terms for recurring service need to be agreed.
Separate locations and services
If your business operates in Montréal, Granby or Drummondville, describe each yard separately. Vehicle quantities, access and contacts may differ by location. Include interior cleaning and winter needs in the request while distinguishing them from routine washing.
